A:According to the need of customers, we can provide the samples of colorant in free to the entire world. The clients are also welcomed to send us their base glaze in order to search the best result by our technicians. Surely we have the service to copy the samples presented by the customers (except the one who has the right reserved).

We have one very strong technical team. Our engineers both in commercial and technical side will visit regular or irregular to collect the information from the customers, and will work on the advices and proposals after feeding back by relative department.

All the packages, labels, printings, pallets and special shipping documents can be done after the instruction of the customers. Extract fees will be charged by the buyer.

A: Our standard package is 25Kg in plastic drum or moisture proof complex plastic bag. Therefore the minimum order is 25Kg. The delivery term depends on the stock and production, normally from 5-20 days after receiving the payment and will be indicated in our contract.

A: Inclusion colorant is produced by one special process by the mixture with certain metallic (especially Cd and Se) oxides into the crystals of Zirconium oxide. These products solved the problem of that: the normal colors can not have the vivid red, orange and yellow in high temperature. The inclusion colorants are very intensive even in higher than 1200°C. They are safe to use with no Cd and Se dissolving after firing. Only for the fine powder, it should pay attention not to contact with skin, eye and respiration organ etc. Gloves and mask are suggested during the processing.
